  One movie that is very stylized would be the Star Wars: A New Hope This movie was the pioneer of Sci-fi at its time. With the amazing and unique costume designs, to the setting shifting from spaceships to foreign planets, to detailed stages provided backstory and subliminal messaging.      Let's start off by discussing the setting. One of the most famous scenes from this movie was the introduction of Darth Vader, which occurred inside a spaceship. The setting is extremely detailed with sci-fi designs like mechanical doors, blinking buttons, and otherworldly designs. It's clear to tell from the picture alone that this scene takes place in a very technologically advanced place/era, and heavily emphasize on liminal space, and simplistic design.
